I mentioned in this week's Weight Loss Wednesday post that I have recently started a Bootcamp at a local personal training facility. This week we took our "before" pictures (even though if I had had my camera last week, we should have taken them then...)

Our trainer, Celia, is tiny, but mighty! She met us at 8:30 on a Saturday morning AFTER going for a run in below freezing temps...brrr.
