Martha's Update:
I lost a pound since we last checked in. I'm disappointed it wasn't more, but I'm happy it wasn't a pound in the other direction! I just joined a bootcamp at a local personal training facility. It's 2 days a week for 6 weeks and I'm very motivated to eat well since I'm working so hard! I have decided to give up all fried foods until Sara's wedding 12/31...except for the occasional Chick Fil A chicken biscuit, because life has to be worth living, right?
