Welcome back to Crafty Mommy Monday! I have come off of hiatus to feature one of my favorite children's books, The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything.
The great thing about this book is that you can do crafts relating to pumpkins, Halloween, scarecrows, clothing, etc. I love Halloween so it's been a lot of fun to gather materials.
First, you have to go the Target $1 aisle. I just love that place. There I got these cute Halloween stamps that Campbell is loving.
I also got stretchy spiders and mice and spider web material to make Campbell's sensory box.
I also got these Halloween mini erasers there. We'll use them for counting, sorting, and patterning. And then we'll give them out on Halloween along with the candy!
I made pieces for our felt board to go along with the story.
Campbell already loves this story and we just started!
Check back next week for more activities to go along with this book!
