Martha's Update:
I did not lose any weight this week, however, I did not gain any weight either. I had a tough time because I hosted a party on Sunday so I made lots of yummy food and then had lots of leftovers. I have a hard time resisting sausage dip... I did get a great workout Tuesday night, though...I took the girls for a 2 and 1/2 mile walk while pulling them in the wagon. Let's just say, my whole body hurts today.


My goal for this coming week is to finish our 5k on Saturday (see my post on the Couch to 5K program I'm doing). I would like to run at least 2 of the 3.2 miles without walking. I haven't been able to run more than 23 minutes straight yet, so it'll be tough.

Robbie's Update:
Gained a pound...blaming it on the all you can eat buffet at the work social I went to Tuesday night. My goal for this week is to finish the 5K and exercise two other times.

I was disappointed to find myself up 0.2 lb. Comfort eating while Dean is gone...

Hey guys,
I want in on this. I want to lose 10 pounds by New Year's Eve. I just weighed myself for the first time this morning, so not sure I'll lose any by Wednesday, but we'll see. I would like to be omitted from the Nov. 3rd weigh-in as I will be gorging myself in Jamaica that week.
