Martha's Update:
I'm only down a pound, but that's impressive because I only exercised once (the 5K) and I really didn't do well with my eating. I struggled with making time to work out and making healthy food choices. So my goal for this coming week is to exercise at least 4 times (already did one today with another walk pulling the wagon, this time with Campbell and her friend Eleanor while I was wearing Maggie) and to not drink sweet tea or non-diet soda.
Robbie's Update:
Down 2 pounds but struggled with portion sizes. Did exercise twice (5K and the Y). Goal for this week: work out 3 times and be cognizant of portion sizes.

I should probably be taken off of the list. I am doing nothing and cannot get motivated. Maybe in 2011?
I lost 2 lbs. I used to be good about working out 3 days a week, but I have managed to get slack and are only doing 1-2 days now, so my goal for next week is to work out 3 days! I'm also trying to cut back on my eating out, which also satisfies my other goal - stop spending so much money on food! Thanks for doing this you guys, hopefully it will keep me in check.
