Martha's Update:
I lost 2 pounds! Whoopee! I didn't do great with my eating, but I exercised a ton (2 30 minute runs and 2 walks while pulling the girls in the wagon). My goal for next week is to workout 4 times again and not have any non-diet soda or sweet tea.
Also, I'm really proud to be back in pre-Maggie jeans. Now onto my pre-Campbell jeans and then my pre-wedding jeans!
Robbie's Update:
No loss or gain. Same struggles and goals as last week (portion sizes and exercise).

I lose one more pound - those first three are the easy ones. Now I'm back to where i have been for months! I'm going to try to stay strong for the next 2 weeks so I can eat what i want on our trip. I hope to loose 4 more by the time we leave for our trip on Oct. 31st.
My weight loss goal is 30 pounds. Since the beginning of the summer, I've lost 12 pounds. I lost 1 pound this week. I want to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week. I really struggle with my eating. I LOVE french fries and potato chips. My favorite healthy dinner is turkey burgers. Before you Boo me, you need to try the recipe. It's really yummy!! Thanks for the encouragement and accountability!
Sorry I'm late. I was heavily involved in some serious house cleaning on Wed...then worked Thurs and Fri. Anyway, I'd lost 1 pound. Of course I got on the scale this morning and I'd gained two!!! I'd better step it up this weekend!
I gained 0.8 lb bringing me back to a net of Zero weight loss. But Dean is home (comfort eating is a real problem) and I've started my C25K program, so I'm hopeful for some loss!
I have a recipe (Weight Watchers) for BBQ Meatloaf which is a big hit here. (I don't like traditional meatloaf).
