Okay, so we were settled in for the night when the doctor comes in around 11:00 and gave us some news. Let me remind you that "comes in" means that he drove from his house to see us since he's the doctor on call from Martha's OBGYN office.
Anyway, in a nutshell . . . . Martha will get some steroids in the morning and depending on the results of her next 24 urine test (yes that's the 3rd 24 hour test in a row), we'll either get transfered to Presbyterian or Richland to have a baby by my birthday, or we'll be able to buy a few weeks and we'll go to Presbyterian or Richland to have a baby by leap day. The odds are that since we'll probably have the baby before 30 weeks, we won't be having it at Piedmont (in Rock Hill), since they are not a level 3 nursery.
That's all for now . . . it's off to sleep until 4am when they come take Martha's BP and take some blood.
