5 on Friday

1. One of Campbell's current phrases that puts a smile on my face:  "Thank you too much!"

2. I've been trying to get a picture of Maggie's ringlets for a while but it's hard since her hair is so dark.  I finally managed to get one where you can kind of see them...  I can't wait for her hair to get longer so we can have fun with all of the curls!

3. Things I never thought I'd have to say to my 3 year old but have this week:
"Campbell, don't lick your shoe."
"Campbell, don't put your spoon in your eyeball."
"Campbell, don't put your spoon in Maggie's eyeball."

4. Campbell gets to play on the Ipad on the potty (hey, you do what you gotta do). One day I left her playing a game and I heard her say "I want to watch Dora." By the time I got in there she had opened the Netflix app, scrolled through, and found a Dora episode...

5.  Maggie is my grocery shopping buddy.  Campbell was never quite a fan so I used to go during her nap times on the weekends.  However, I've learned that Maggie LOVES it.  She'll sit there for the whole time, just smiling at the other shoppers and enjoying the attention that it gets her.  She and I have great "conversations" while we shop.  So, rather than waiting for her to take a nap so I can go, I wait for her to wake up from her nap so she can come with me.
