Robbie's Grandma Compton gave the girls tickets to see Sesame Street Live for Christmas. The show was this past Saturday in Charlotte. Check out the finely dressed Comptons . . . Campbell in her 2 year old birthday dress and Maggie in my "iron-on" made tshirt. Daddy is wearing a shirt from his friend Susan. She gave this to him during Campbell's 2nd birthday (
Elmo-themed party).

We're not sure why, but the tickets came with a pre-show meet-and-greet. Campbell was so happy knowing that she was going to get to meet one of her friends. Our assumption was it was going to be Elmo and Abby. Well, we were 1/2 right.

I'm so glad that we had these seats . . . not only was our section empty so Campbell had the whole row to roam . . . but several times during the show Campbell announced that she wanted to go see her friends. I have a feeling that if we were on the floor, Robbie, and event security, would be trying their best to keep Campbell from getting on the stage.
Grandma Compton . . . Campbell, and the rest of us, thanks you. It was a trip that Campbell will not forget.

What a fun outing! You guys really should contemplate a trip to Sesame Place in PA next summer! Or this summer, you could meet us in Williamsburg and we could go to Busch Gardens and have breakfast with Elmo! So much fun! I need to tape some Sesame Street for Lydia now! Glad y'all had fun! I love that picture of Campbell kissing Abby!
