5 on Friday

1. The girls and I have really enjoyed our local Children's Museum this summer.  We got a membership and they love it.  It's really a great place for young children

I do find it funny and a bit telling that Maggie's favorite dress up item is the pirate hat and Campbell's favorite are the princess dresses and fairy wings...tells us a lot about their personalities!

2.  I got this super cute video of Maggie shaking her head...love it!


3. At dinner one night I asked Campbell: "Campbell, what fruit do you want? Peaches or bananas?"  She looked straight at me and said "Mommy, I don't like fruit.  I like chocolate."  Oh my, she definitely has my taste buds...

4. We have started playing chase with Maggie around the house.  She doesn't really "get it", but she loves it.  She'll squeal as we say "I'm gonna get you" and just cackles.  I tried to get a video, but she was not interested in playing along with the camera.

5.  We learned this week that Campbell knows how to spell her last name...we're not exactly sure how she learned because she just did it!  Such a smart girl!
