Maggie earned herself another trip to the ER this week when we fished out two pieces of the game Hi Ho Cherrio of her mouth.
As I pulled them out, she was making a slight gulping motion like she was trying to swallow something.
After talking to the on call nurse, we decided that we needed to check to make sure none of the pieces with their pointy stems were floating around in her belly. Robbie took her this time since I had that pleasure last time when she got her stitches. She was a real trouper.
Luckily the xray didn't show any pieces and none have been...ummm..."recovered" since. :)
