Back to work

This week is a new beginning for our family. I went back to work full time for the first time in 3 years. I will be teaching my old class at Finley Road Elementary. While I'm excited to go back, it's been bittersweet since Maggie will be in full time care for the 1st time. We are happy and comfortable with where she will be going, but it's still hard to drop her off in the mornings.

Campbell is very excited because she's going to be going to preschool at Macfeat Laboratory School at Winthrop University. We are thrilled about this due its great reputation and our connection to Winthrop. She starts in a couple of weeks and we've been very blessed that Nana has been willing to keep her in the meantime. Nana has also picked Maggie up before lunch every day to help her get into the swing of going to full day "school".  I've missed my babies so much every day but we've had so much fun each evening spending time together.

On a happy note, Robbie and I had another date night to celebrate the end of my summer.  We went to a wine tasting at Zebra restaurant and then to a movie.  We had a great time and I'm excited for many more date nights to come!
