came into town to see us . . . okay, we can be honest, came to town to see Campbell. As some of you know, one of Bryan's many talents is photography. Bryan came to the hospital to see us on 2/8/08 and took some pictures for us. He brought by the pictures today and it gave me and Martha a chance to reminisce . . . . Wow . . . look how far she has come. Check out these photos and then compare them to some pictures from this weekend.
So this weekend, Campbell had a busy schedule. After making sure that everyone "scrubbed in" (including her nurse), she had some visitors. My mother (the one banned from the NICU) and her husband came to visit Campbell. Here they are holding/feeding Campbell.
Campbell's most favorite aunt*, Sara, came to visit too. Again, I'd like to say that she came to see us . . . but it was really for Campbell.
Campbell's Nana and Pop also came to visit. Unfortunately, those pictures are on my other computer (which is dying) . . . sorry Nana and Pop. Between visitors, Campbell partook in her two most favorite activities . . . crying and sleeping(thank you Jenn and Finn for the outfit). Bryan came from Greenville to take some more pictures of Campbell today . . . . yep, that's one of Bryan's pictures of her crying . . . what a photo shoot! (thank you so much Bryan)
Finally, it's so awesome looking at those pictures from above and comparing them to the Campbell of today . . . check out the video of her grabbing her toys in her papasan chair. I'm pretty sure that grabbing at toys is advanced for a negative 2 week old baby (adjusted age--from her due date April 28). (I'm not biased or anything) Also, here is video of Campbell's first stroller ride.
*most favorite aunt that lives in a city that starts with the letter "C"

What is the saying?...Life is too short to wear a bad outfit! We love it and we will have to pass on some hand me downs to ya'll because all the babies we know that are younger than us are bigger than us! (Louisa, Reese and Ellison)Ha! Hi, this is Anna! You have know idea who I am but, my cousin Sarah Traynum told me about your family and I have been praying for you daily! My daughter was in the NIC Unit, so I have a soft spot for anyone who is faced with that challeng. I am so excited to hear that the Crompton's are doing great!!! Your family is beautiful! God is so GOOD!!!

Way to go Campbell, you are advanced reaching for a toy! By the way you can have a favorite Aunt, but I just have to be your favorite grownup cousin. I know the younger ones will really be your favorite, but please let me have the honor of favorite grownup!You make great pics and you sure have come a long way BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow she has come such a long way! love the before and after shots, they're great. It makes everyone realise what a miracle our preemies are. Love the chocolate and pink outfit! Stop by my shop sometime and check out some unique preemie outfits. Would love to hear from you. Blessings to you all!
