Maggie is 11 months old!
I know, I know...she's been 11 months for a few weeks now. At least I got it done before her birthday! Which, by the way, can you believe is less than a month away?!
Maggie has been a busy little girl this month. And I mean busy. She is all over the place. Campbell both loves it and hates it. Loves it because they can play together more now, but hates it because Maggie is all into her stuff. Maggie can now pull up like a champ and is trying to stand on her own. She can do it for a few seconds and then will sit down. She is very close to independently walking behind her little walking toy and I just know she'll be walking before we know it.
Maggie is down to 2 bottles a day and is drinking from a straw cup. She has more trouble with sippy cups because she doesn't understand she has to tilt them up. We've just been putting whole milk into her cups so luckily she won't have to transition from formula. In fact, we're using our last can of formula and then no more formula! She's doing so well that I think that we'll be done with bottles completely as soon as this formula is gone! Wow!
Maggie is becoming more independent and playing more on her own. This is a relief for us because for the past 11 months, she has really enjoyed being with one of us at all times. Makes it a little hard to cook dinner, take Campbell to the potty, etc...
We have been having so much fun playing outside and Maggie is not afraid to crawl in the grass and play in the playhouse and try to climb up the slide. Maggie is such a sweet baby and brings so much joy to our lives!
