Banned From the NICU AGAIN!!!!

So for a few days now I've had some pain next to my middle left finger nail. . . Like an ingrown finger nail. I've had this once before on my big toe. The pain in my toe was so bad that I decided to go to the doctor. Before going, I googled "ingrown toe nail doctor" and I saw all the wonderful images of how doctors fix them . . . . After that, I decided not to go to the doctor. I pushed through the pain and in a few days things got better.
Anyway so last night I woke up at 2am in excruciating pain from that finger. I decided that today I was going ask the NICU doctor about my finger . . . Seeing if it's "ingrown." He said yes and that I need some antibotics for it. I really didn't want to go to the doctor . . . Remembering those images from last year. Throughout the day my finger nail, without getting too graphic, has been oozing puss when I push on it (just like it did on my toe year). The nurse today made me wear a glove . . . Which is fine and very understandable. Well tonight at 8pm, we saw Christine (our primary), and she said that she's heard about my finger. I showed it to her and guess what . . . She said that I cannot come back until I go see a doctor. (click here to see it) It's definitely infected and she's worried about it being a staph infection under the nail. It's not a big deal for me since, in-time, my body can fight it . . . It's a big deal for Campbell whose body cannot fight such an infection.
Damn . . . I've been banned from the NICU AGAIN!!!!
