Yep, you heard it right . . . I'm a full diaper away from 4lbs. What does that exactly mean . . . as of early this morning, I weighted 3lbs 15.4oz. So today was a special day in the NICU . . . it was Easter. I'm not sure what Easter is but I do know that a large bunny came and saw me sometime in the night and brought me a bag of goodies. How cool is that!
I've had a pretty good day. I've taken a good part of 2 bottles over the past 24 hours and I nursed for 30 minutes today. I'm trying real hard to get to my 8 full feedings (24 in a row) so I can come home. I'm hoping to come home next Saturday at 11:47am (right Dad!) I think my better feedings is due to the two medicines that they are giving me for my reflux. One helps food move out of my stomach quickly, and the other helps reduce acid. Because of this, I haven't had a brady or any major desats in a while. This makes me so happy . . . I'm such a big girl.
Well, I'm tired, so I'm off to sleep for now . . . Happy Easter family and friends!

She's such a pretty little girl. It seems you guys are on the downward slope. I am glad you are also going to keep her out of the public for a while. Some friends of mine got criticized by others for not letting people visit and for not bringing their premie twins to church (where every germ lurks BTW) for a long while; but ultimately her little girls are healthy and doing very well now and that's all that matters. :)

Campbell, you look so grownup in your little dress. So, the Easter Bunny came to see you, he stopped by our house,also. In about 2 more week you will be home. That will be so exciting. I am glad you had a nice Easter. Tell mommy and daddy that we said,hello.
