My Mommy Held Me Today!!!

Everyday seems to be better than the day before. Today, they took my belly button tube out so I'm now able to come out of my isolette for short periods of times. Today, my mom also held me for a few minutes. I was having trouble with the bubble c-pap tube so I had to go back in my bed to rest. I'm hoping tomorrow to feel my mom's skin next to mine. My daddy also was able to feed me and change my diaper today. He did a pretty good job too.Finally, my mommy and daddy were able to get some pictures of my face today without the equipment on it. I also didn't have my hat on so they were able to see my hair. However there is still some debate about the actually color. It seems that most of my fans think I have brown hair.

{This is daddy and mommy . . . a few people have asked about the thing on Campbell's nose. It's called a nasal cannula. It allows the bubble c-pap to create a tight seal in the nose without irritating the nose. It's essentially just a piece of rubber that protects the nose.}

She just seems to get cuter everyday! (if that is possible) We can't wait to see her tomorrow! What is that kangaroo thing you are doing tomorrow?

Martha and Robbie,
Richard and I are praying for all of you! Campbell is so wonderful! What a tremendous blessing she is! My sister was born with Campbell's birthweight and at the same number of weeks!Interesting! We can't wait to watch her crawl up the "mountain" in the nursery.
Take care!
