Hi Everyone! I had a great day today. This morning I got to spend an hour and 15 minutes without that yucky CPAP thing in my nose and I did great! I could have gone even longer, but the nurses knew my mommy was coming to hold me and they didn't want me to get too tired. I can't wait until I don't have to have that CPAP at all, I sure don't like it and I make sure that the nurses know it when they try to put it on me.
I was really happy to see my mommy and it was so fun when they stuck me down her shirt! It felt so nice to feel her that I fell right asleep. Apparently my mommy thought she needed to sing to me...I really liked it! She sang some songs about jingle-y bells and something called a "reindeer" with a red nose. I don't know what those songs were about, but she was really good. Then she sang a song that I think I remember from the "good old days" when I was floating around that went something like "look who came to school today." I don't know who she was singing about or what a school is, but I know I've heard it before...hmmm... She sang really quietly, just for me! I liked it and my oxygen saturation rates were the best when she was singing.
I do miss my daddy and can't wait for him to come see me again. He is the best daddy in the world and he is really good at checking my temperature and changing my diaper. (He's even changed my poopy diapers 2 times---this is something my mommy has never done!) My Nana came to see me today to try to make me feel better and I really appreciated it.
I wanted to say thanks to my Grandma Parker for the pretty blankets for my bed (check out my picture above). I am known as the most fashionable baby in the NICU. I have lots of really cool blankets, plus an awesome quilt that my Great-Grandma Robinson gave me, plus some really cute clothes. Hey, I have to represent, right? I look good and I know it!
I hope you all have a great weekend! I know I will and it's gonna be much better than last weekend when I felt so icky!

Hey Campbell, it's daddy. I'm in Spartanburg for the night at a conference and I'm going to bed now so I can get a good nights sleep. I'm hoping to feel better soon so I can see you soon.
I love you and your mommy and I can't wait to see the both of you real soon.
Martha, You are simply beautiful. I love this pic of you and Campbell and, yes, she looks very contented to be with you. This is so very precious and I know you are just soaking it up! I am so happy for you and your sweet little family! Hope you all have a great nights sleep and that Dad gets better soon. God Bless- Amy
Hey Campbell I am so glad you are feeling so much better. Like Julia would say "you are the coolest kid on the block". You are just beautiful and so is your mommy. I hope your daddy gets to see you soon. Have a good weekend and we love you.

Great to see Campbell feeling better, sorry Robbie hasn't been. Martha, I told my friend Carrie (who used to be my next door neighbor) about all of you, so she checks the blog daily as I do. When I talk to her on the phone, she usually comments on "our baby", as in "Our baby has gained 2ounces" or "How is our baby doing today?" Lots of people are rooting for Campbell, our sweet baby!
Love, cousin Beth
I'm guessing your Mommy was singing Christmas songs b/c she couldn't think of any others... Don't feel bad - Jacob and Zachary hear the ABC song and "Jesus loves me" ALOT! You'll enjoy whatever she sings - even if she makes it up! Love you, Aunt Ju-Ju
