Scrubbing-In

Today was another good day. Martha was able to visit Campbell a few times. A few people have asked about what it takes to go see her. Well, after passing the front security, you have to wash your hands for 3 minutes. I know you're probably saying 3 minutes. . . . that's not much. You should try it and see what you think then. I seems to never end. You should time yourself and see what you think about having to wash for 3 minutes. It is nice though that they put flyers and info on the wall in front of the sinks. Did you know that you should keep your baby's room temperature between 68 and 74? I didn't, but I do know thanks to the flyer on the wall.

I know that you are adjusting to your new life and schedule. Seeing these pictures brings back many memories. You will have to revisit Louisa's blog to see where she was and where she is now. These little girls are very resilent!

Hey Martha-It has been a while since I have seen you, but I have to say that Campbell is beautiful & you look fabulous! Seeing these pictures makes me miss working as an RN in the NICU (at CMC). Keep your head up and spirits up too. She looks great-you will have days that you go 2 steps forward and 3 steps back, but she will be home soon. Little girls are the best in the NICU. They always outshine the boys!!! Good Luck & Congratulations!!!

Congratulations to all of you! She is such a miracle! Keep the blogs coming--what a wonderful way to not only let everyone know how it's going but to keep up with recording your experiences. I'm sure in a few years Campbell will love to hear all about what you all went through. What fun you have to look forward to! Girls are so fun to dress up! :)
Love,
