So they moved us today to the ante-partum "special mommy to be" wing. This wing is filled with mothers like Martha who, for what ever reason or another are, ordered to hospital bed rest until the arrival of the baby. The room is nice and comfortable . . . like a small apartment room. It was a couch, cabinets, TV, mini-fridge, and even a ceiling fan. This is the 4th room in our pregnancy journey so far . . . 2 rooms at Piedmont and we're now in the 2nd room in Presbyterian.
About 30 minutes before the move, Martha's BP was 170/80. I was pretty confident that it was a miss reading. They did it 30 minutes later (after we entered the new room) and her current reading is 123/73.
